RUNNING WITH SCISSORS
Cane-Yo's first exhibition in Berlin, presented by ANDERS at Potsdamer Platz, brought together 40 members of the collective from around the world alongside five invited Berlin artists. Curator José Contreras Aguas took the title as a metaphor for reckless action and the transgression of norms: art as a space of tension, where uncertainty and risk are part of making. The works were grouped around domesticity, urban culture and post-internet aesthetics, reflecting on the everyday and on affection, loss and melancholy through the lens of digital culture.
